About this job
Manager needed for Grab-n-Go restaurant in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Pizza, Chicken, Sandwiches and other various products for breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. Must be able to help cook, wash dishes, clean, handle stress well, and have excellent customer service skills. Must love the food service business and be able to work a flexible schedule.
The Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations and its employees, as well as creating an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests.
Essential job functions of the Manager may include, but are not limited to:
* Maintains strict compliance with health, safety, and security standards and procedures to provide a healthy and safe working and dining environment
* Responsible for restaurant administrative requirements (i.e., scheduling, ordering, inventory, etc.)
* Ensures proper employee staffing
* Supervises, trains, and develops team members
* Follows cleaning and sanitation standards within the restaurant
* Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast paced environment
* Work to continually grow sales
Qualifications for a Manager include, but are not limited to:
* 2 - 3 years fast food management experience required
* Serve Safe Certified preferred
* Available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to travel to training programs as needed
* Good communication skills
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Ability to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods
* Ability to provide exceptional customer service
* Ability to lead and develop people
