Randstad is currently teamed up with a great company in the Billerica, MA area who is looking for 3 Customer Service Representatives to join their team!
The primary responsibility for the Customer Service Representatives will be to call insurance agents provided by the company. On these phone calls the CSR's will read from scripts to make sure the agents received the packet of information/email, then log the call into their electronic system.
Working hours: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
