Accounting Clerks (AP and/or AR) - Full-time / Part-time

Two, part-time, temporary positions available. Ideal candidates will possess solid accounting/bookkeeping skills. Positions are responsible for the company's finances from accounts payables to receivables, payroll, general ledger and financial reports as well as other administrative duties in the office. Candidates must be able to work independently in an extremely fast paced environment with little direction. Must be reliable, honest, punctual and professional with a pleasant, agreeable demeanor. Professionalism, ability to be self-directed, and working as part of a team are essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable
- Reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare the month end and year end reports
- Work with auditors on balance sheet and income sheet

Working hours: Monday - Thursday 9am-2pm

Qualifications for this position:
Minimum of three years of experience
Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
Very organized and have strong math skills
Sharp attention to detail; very accurate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to juggle several tasks at once and meet tight deadlines
