We currently have an opportunity for a large healthcare services provider located in west of Pittsburgh. This is a rapidly growing industry and they urgently need a qualified, customer service orientated candidates with experience in healthcare or a cell center environment to help the business continue to grow! This is a temporary role slated to last about 2 months in duration, based upon the needs of the business, with a potential for longer term. This is not a commissioned sales position. This position is an opportunity for you learn and establish yourself in a fast paced, high volume, growth environment.

Professional interaction with customers and business partners both internal and external
Capacity to retain and utilize information, facts, policies, procedures, resources, and codes to ensure accurate and efficient responses
Ability to meet or exceed established goals for the internal call monitoring audits
Compliance with HIPPA regulations
Accuracy in relaying information concerning benefits according to specified benefit plan design and insure follow through on all commitments made to the customer
Meet required goals associated with Average Handle Time, Schedule Adherence, and Quality; while using efficient and appropriate work practices
Requires excellent interpersonal skills in an effort to respond to basic inquiries and resolve customer issues
Ability to understand and interpret policy provisions and/or claim processing procedures to address grievances and defuse basic and complex customer complaints

Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

1 + years of customer service experience in a high volume call center or healthcare environment
Demonstrates high-level communication skills by expressing thoughts and information clearly and succinctly using proper business English and correct grammar
Ability to succeed within a team environment
Possess active listening skills, probe for clarification, and provide consultative guidance based upon the customer's individual health needs
Proven proficiency with 10-key data entry and must type a minimum of 35 WPM
Possess knowledge of using PC for standard MS office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook, including use of multiple applications simultaneously
Customer centric attitude with a focus on quality service
Deep sense of integrity , ownership, and accountability
Results driven
High aptitude for learning
Possess strong problem-solving & multitasking skills
