Breakfast Ambassador

Responsible for creating an impressive breakfast experience for all hotel guests and helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction. Assists guests efficiently and courteously in all hospitality related functions, while ensuring that all breakfast service is being maintained and served according to brand standards. Ability to verbally communicate effectively with all guests and co-workers. Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to push, pull, bend, stoop, reach upward and lift up to 40lbs. Some exposure to cleaning chemicals. Inventory breakfast items regularly, replenish buffet throughout breakfast hours, order items as necessary, and maintain cleanliness of breakfast and kitchen areas, compliance with all brand standard operating procedures, as well as OSHA and State of Florida Health Department. Professionalism and courtesy are to be extended at all times to guests, associates and vendors. Provide information to guests about the local area, location, hours of operation for all hotel facilities, hotel amenities, etc. Maintain a professional appearance personally and of the breakfast buffet. Responsible for set-up and tear down of buffet. Early morning hours required. Saturday and Sunday hours 5:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday hours 5:00 a.m.-1;00 p.m. Weekends and holidays a must.
