About this job
We are looking for EXPERIENCED call center representatives to join our pharmacy team at BCBSNC! This group works specifically with inbound/outbound calls related to pre-authorizations and pre-approvals for prescription plans for BCBSNC members. Our next training class will be starting on 4/21/2014. This position is in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Ability to work 40+ hour work weeks
- Minimum 2 years experience in a call center environment
Pluses:
- Experience working in a pharmacy related call center
- Health insurance experience
