RECRUITER - CALL CENTER *Full-time opportunities available starting May 12th *Looking for motivated, sales and customer-service driven individuals *Call center and/or sales experience will help to ensure success *Pay rate of $13-$14 per hour *Opportunity to work with one of the nation's leading non-profit organizations to help provide resources to those with cancer Manpower is partnering with the American Cancer Society in efforts to find qualified candidates to work as Teach Coaches. As a Team Coach, you will recruit and retain individuals to participate in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walks that will be taking place across the country. We are looking for folks that love talking to people and want to make a difference through motivation, support and coaching who can commit to working full-time from May through October. You will be working in a call center environment contacting businesses to garner an interest in their company's participation in their local Making Strides events. Through the duration of the project, you will continue to build relationships with these individuals by providing coaching, motivation and sharing recruitment strategies that will help them reach their fundraising goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is in between jobs or even someone who doesn't need to work but would like to make a difference in the lives of people touched by cancer. This is a temporary job lasting approximately 3-5 months. In order to be considered, you must be available to work between 8:30am - 6pm, Monday - Friday. The best fit candidates will have the following: *Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED. *At least one year of call center and/or sales experience. *Strong written and verbal communication skills. *Must be able to pass call center skills, typing and proofreading assessments. *Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment *Must be comfortable spending majority of time on the phone *Must maintain an excellent attendance record during this project *Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion and motivation skills *Prior experience working with volunteers a plus *Experience with social media & website navigation *Possess and exhibit an outgoing, friendly positive demeanor *Employ discretion, tact, and empathy; pro-active and intuitive people skills For immediate consideration, please apply on www.manpowerjobs.com or email an updated Microsoft Word resume to lisa.xiong@manpower.com.
