Our employer is seeking Customer Service Representatives to work on the South Shore. The organization offers a great opportunity for you to work towards several promotions in the future. This is a fast paced call center environment that handles customer requests coming in ranging from basic product and contract inquiries to more complex transactions and problem resolution.

These positions have opened up due to additional assistance needed for their busy season coming up. This employer will be hiring over 400 employees and if you are interested in working in the corporate world, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and exposure in a leading company!

This is a 6 month temporary position with opportunity for permanent employment with an increase in pay for the right candidates!

Pay Rate: $14/hr

Training shift (3 weeks) is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm*Must be able to attend every day of training

After training, shifts available include: (Overtime may also be available depending on workload). The regular work week will be Monday to Friday, shifts will be 8 hr shifts ranging from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm

Main Job Responsibilities:
-Answering all incoming calls, with an emphasis on first-call resolution of customer issues.
-Assist with requests from difficult clients at times.
-Research and provide solutions to clients, ensuring a positive service experience.

PAY RATE $14/HR

Working hours: 8am-5pm; 9am-6pm; 10am-7pm; 11am-8pm; or 12pm-9pm

Qualifications:
- HS Diploma
- Have proven success in a customer service role (industry experience or call center experience not required)
- Previous work history working with Word and Excel and have the ability to pick up on new programs quickly
