What you will do as the Market Recruiting Coordinator:
  • Ensures an ideal candidate experience consistent with our brand image.
  • Reviews job applications against selection criteria to determine position placement.
  • Answers incoming calls, assists with recruiting tasks, including identification & review of qualified candidates.
  • Prepares candidate assessment tools using established questions and tests. Conducts screening to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinates on-boarding activities (background, reference checks, new worker hiring paperwork, I9s)
  • Demonstrates understanding of the temporary staffing industry & TrueBlue's position within the industry.
  • Assists with local job fairs & advertising.
  • Coordinates posting jobs, candidate information, & job description creation.
  • Establishes priorities & stays on a focused, efficient path for achieving results.


What you bring to the table:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; some college preferred; and 1-2 years of current recruitment support experience required, plus 1 or more years in customer service and/or 1 year of sales experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook; Advanced skills in Excel. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System preferred.
  • Prior experience in the staffing industry preferred.
  • Ability to communicate company's employee value proposition.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining professional contacts.
  • Experience developing and utilizing behavioral based interviewing techniques.
  • Functional knowledge of Federal and State Human Resources/Recruiting regulations.
  • Valid driver's license.
