Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule and maintain appointments for the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Human Resources
- Make travel arrangements
- Prepare contracts and bids
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Type correspondence including letters and memorandums
- Miscellaneous project work
Qualifications:
- Well organized with strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Must be able to type 45 WPM
- Must have the ability to work both independently and as a team
- Must show attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a pleasant, professional phone personality
Education and Experience:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Six (6) months to one (1) year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
