About this job

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and maintain appointments for the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Human Resources
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Prepare contracts and bids
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Type correspondence including letters and memorandums
  • Miscellaneous project work

 

Qualifications:

  • Well organized with strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to type 45 WPM
  • Must have the ability to work both independently and as a team
  • Must show attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a pleasant, professional phone personality

 

Education and Experience:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Six (6) months to one (1) year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
