Our client, an insurance agency, in Castle Rock, CO is looking for a part-time sales producer to join their team. This position will be a sales based position with objectives in helping the agency reach their goals and grow.
Initial Responsibilities Include:
Cold Calling
Selling Policies
Provide clients with product or service information to assist them in determining appropriate policies to purchase
Recommend additional products and services based on clients' needs
Electronic filing
Checking/updating of pending files
The fast paced environment, in the insurance industry, requires the ability to multi task in an office setting with high energy and a professional attitude. Microsoft Office proficiency is mandatory, with the ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
A Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred, however not required to begin with. You would need to obtain one.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:00am - 5:30pm (22.5 hrs/wk)
Pay:
$1000/month + Commission, Monthly & Annual Bonuses
