We're currently seeking an experienced Call Center Representative for an opportunity at our client's regional headquarters in Scarborough, ME. Our client is a leader in the complex, competitive world of the supermarket industry.

As a Call Center Representative, you will:
  • Maintain favorable customer image through providing friendly, courteous customer service in an efficient and productive work place.
  • Seek to act on feedback from Quality Assurance while achieving consistent high correspondence scores.
  • Maintain phone coverage to meet the needs of customer through dependable attendance and achievement of optimal call transaction time.
  • Assist with communications within the contact center and company; work with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Document and report all customer feedback in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain and update customer file information.
  • Conduct inbound and outbound surveys for the purpose of gaining insight into customer needs

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1-2 years' call center experience required
  • Computer Proficiency (Windows and MS Office) required
  • Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and implement solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
