RECEPTIONIST/CUSTOMER SERVICE

Location: Chatsworth, CA

Salary: $10-12 (DOE)

This is a part time position (7.30 -11.30 AM)

Temp-to-Hire position



SUMMARY

Responsible for all incoming phone calls and distribute them professionally and expeditiously to the appropriate area. Organize mailing to customers and representatives for lead fulfillment, collateral shipping and other activities. Assisting sales with department needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Answering phones and distribute professionally and expeditiously

2. Filing the sales orders

3. Other filing

4. Distribute faxes, and ensure fax machines are working properly

5. Batching of customer purchase orders for entry into production system

6. Assisting customer service representatives in organizing daily activity

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Helping when necessary with administrative sales function s

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skill required.

2. Good organization skills.

3. Good communication skills.

4. Computer knowledge and software (Contact Management System, Microsoft Excel and Word).
