Currently we are looking for a Store Manager to join our SIX Team!

The Store Manager is responsible for  the optimization of the sales revenue within the  store.  Secures the Sales Operations by ensuring the operational and BM/VM standards, handling of merchandise as well as personnel management of the Sales Operations team.

Major Responsibilities

Sales Management

  • Monitor sales on a regular base
  • Strive to achieve POS sales goals
  • Define objectives and action plan for the store in agreement with line manager
  • Observe local market and communicate developments to line manager

Commercial Management

  • Monitor and analyse sales reporting as well as all relevant KPI
  • Initiate appropriate actions in agreement with line manager
  • Increase contribution per working hour by optimizing use of hours/service plans within the given budget
  • Monitor stock loss level and take appropriate actions
  • Communicate all relevant plans and results to team members

Sales Operations

  • Ensure Store operations according to guideline
  • Manage Store operation costs
  • Communicate maintenance issues to line manager, take care of certain maintenance issues in Stores
  • Supporting refurbishments as well as – if required - new openings / closings of stores
  • Manage technical store devices (air conditioning etc.)
  • Constantly optimize the service level and customer service
  • Conduct regular team meetings

 Brand Management & Visual Merchandising

  • Take over responsibility for the look of the store
  • Ensure the execution of the VM communication and standards
  • Ensure assortment layout is according to guidelines at all POS and adapt if necessary
  • Ensure fixture layout is according to guidelines and suggest corrective actions to line Manager if necessary

Handling of Merchandise

  • Monitor stock (quality & quantity) according to guideline
  • Communicate additional needs/requirements to line manager
  • Organize stock room according to guideline
  • Ensure stock takings are conducted according to beeline standards
  • Ensure accuracy of all order and return processes

Personnel Management

  • Recruit and induct new team members
  • Conduct personnel planning in line with personal cost budget and communicate additional needs to line manager
  • Manage, develop and coach team members in the area of responsibility
  • Agree on disciplinary actions with line Manager
  • Conduct performance interviews
  • Identify training needs and conduct/arrange for those
  • Ensure corporate values are lived
  • Ensure that the HR procedures and internal regulations are followed

Required Skills

• 4 years management experiencer in fashion retail
• Experience in decoration and merchandising sales floor
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)

• Strong customer and service orientation
• Feel for decoration and visual merchandising
• Open minded and communicative personality
• Self-responsible and proactive attitude
• Organized, efficient and self-motivated to meet deadlines and build sales
