Where you will be working
You will be working in our store located at Wendy & Old Conejo (Newbury Park, California)
What you will be doing
You will have the responsibility to deliver a great in-store bakery department for our customers, and a great customer experience at our mobile kitchen sampling station. You will have the responsibility to monitor production levels of in-store bakery products as well as monitor the department inventory.
In addition, you will:
Bake and sample products.
Ensure the daily KT and in-store bakery schedule is followed to ensure our customer offering is delivered.
Review product availability throughout the day and promptly react to sales trends.
Review weekly my book stocks for the in-store bakery department and make corrections where necessary.
Through the mobile kitchen sampling station you will serve as the main source of information about an array of fine food products.
Ensure the department represents What Good Looks Like at all times so the customer sees the best of Fresh & Easy.
Monitor quality and understand Would I Buy IT standards.
Exceed health department standards when it comes to keeping things clean and safe in our food preparation and facility equipment.

We are looking for someone who cares about people and treats everyone with respect. We are looking for someone who can choose their attitude to make the in-store bakery department fun and exciting for our customers and team. You should be able to understand what good looks like and, together with your team, deliver it.
We are looking for those who possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Basic cooking skills
- Previous experience of operating an oven.
