Summary of Role: Coordinates Marketing and Communications initiatives from the production of marketing materials and event logistics to maintenance of customer data information used to execute Time Warner Cable Sports General and Hispanic Market.

Essential Job Functions:

- Coordinate the production of collateral materials, targeted mailings, advertising, et al., with outside vendors.

- Coordinate marketing materials for network programs and distribute to potential affiliates, partners and consumers.

- Attend, assist and represent the company at and with special events.

Preferred Qualifications:

Operations (Tactical Responsibilities)

- Monitor press coverage and distribute reports to executive teams.

- Ensure all communications and marketing materials meet regulatory and legal requirements by leading and maintaining the review process, routing documents through legal, maintain files and records of comments/changes.

- Ensure digital media efforts are up-to-date and accurate, including show descriptions, talent bios, etc.

- Act as point person for Facebook and Twitter feeds and aid in growth of each.

- Conduct competitive analysis as required.

- Translate materials as necessary.

- Submit, track and file invoices for approval and payment.

- Assist in implementation of remote broadcasts and events.

- Assist in developing effective presentations for internal and external purposes.

- Administrative task as assigned not limited to filing, copying and typing.
Magnitude & Autonomy of Decision Making

- Meet, as scheduled, with the Manager of Marketing to monitor progress, adjust plans and address issues in marketing.

- Assist in developing and executing social media strategy in support of marketing and corporate initiatives.

- Manage marketing material inventory, usage reports and distribution efficiencies.
Position Requirements:

Knowledge & Experience (Technical Responsibilities)

- Experience coordinating multiple projects and managing large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data.

- Strong understanding of social media technology including Facebook, Twitter, etc.

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

- Must be bilingual, Spanish and English (both written and oral).

- 1-3 years experience in related field.

- Strong understanding of the organization ' s goals and objectives.
Formal Education & Certification

- College diploma or university degree in the field of journalism, marketing, public relations or related field is preferred.
Travel Requirements:

- Travel depending upon project needs.

- No Supervisory responsibilities with this position.

- Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time.

- Overtime may be required in meet deadlines.

- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and to handle other computer components.
