About this job


-Take incoming calls from customers regarding the company's product.
-Resolve customer issues without escalating calls to a higher level of support.
-Transfer calls to appropriate departments if needed.
-Responsible for e-mail correspondences.
-Additional administrative tasks as needed.

Working hours: 9-5

Qualifications:

-Minimum High School diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred).
-2+ years of experience in a Customer Service role.
-Advanced level of Microsoft Office software experience required.
-Superior written and oral communication skills are a must, along with the capacity to appropriately interact with all levels of management.
-Professionalism, dependability and ability to adapt to an every changing business climate.
-Highly organized, ambitious individual with the willingness to learn and advance.
