Randstad is currently seeking qualified Customer Service Representatives for a reputable financial organization in Cleveland. This opportunity offers room for growth and potential permanent placement. Permanent placement is based on attitude, attendance, and performance. Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
This opportunity takes place in a rapidly growing call center environment. Phone in Application Specialists will primarily be verifying the applicant's personal information and financial records for the loan. Phone in Application Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service on all calls, while inputting data and confirming numbers within multiple windows. Qualified candidates should have strong customer service skills and be detail oriented.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 12:00am; We are looking for candidates that are flexible within this timeframe -

Qualifications:

-High School Diploma/GED required
-Collections/Loan Processing experience helpful, but not required
-Strong customer service skills
-Applicants must have flexible working hours
-Ability to communicate effectively
-Ability to submit to client screenings including: background & credit check
-Must be comfortable with using computer/able to function within multiple windows
-Internet Savvy
-Resume is required
-Proficient at Multi-tasking
-Must have typing skills of at minimum 35 WPM
-Attention to detail is a must
