The Donelson Pike office is currently recruiting for ten (10) direct hire high level Customer Service Representatives with a starting pay at $13.00/hour. These permanent positions will start on May 5, 2014 with an established and secure financial organization in the Donelson/Hermitage area near the Nashville International Airport.

The ideal Customer Service Representatives will have banking industry experience with an emphasis in Loan Services. The selected Customer Service Representatives must be able to handle complex inbound service calls from customers independently while looking for sales referral opportunities. Complex call may include questions and problems concerning account balances, fees, transfers, etc. In addition, successful customer service representative will be able to resolve customers' problems and complaints in a timely manner; respond to customers verbal and/or written inquiries; record details about customer inquiries; help resolve complicated customer complaints; coordinate and expedite customers' inquiries to other departments for resolution.

The position will require the representatives to demonstrate math ability, oral communications skills and more complex computer skills. Your ability to learn about a variety of products; comprehend varied research information, and understand service systems and legal compliance regulations is critical to your success within the organization. Candidates will have to complete background checks including credit checks; drug screenings; and skill testing to be considered for the permanent placement positions. The goal of the company is to have the Customer Service Representatives positions filled by April 28, 2014. Working hours: 7am-9pm, Monday through Saturday

~ 2+ years of call center experience
~ Customer service and problem resolution
~ Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM preferred
~ Good interpersonal and communication skills
~ Good analytical ability and listening skills
~ Excellent attendance and punctuality; and the ability to adapt well to changes
~ Knowledge of Windows helpful.
~ Ability to be receptive toconstructive feedback
~ Must be available to work between the hours of 7am-9pm, Monday through Saturday
