The Scheduling Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service for clients.  The Scheduling Coordinator is expected to be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and Caregivers.  Work locations are Sussex and Kent County, Delaware
 
Primary Duties:

  • Oversee the caregiver staff as it relates to customer service and client interaction.
  • Participate in any ongoing training pertaining to scheduling and administrative training.
  • Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional, knowledgeable manner.
  • Field private pay client inquires to a Operational Manager.
  • Conduct daily activities in the scheduling department, ensuring that all committed shifts have been filled and schedules are being mailed or emailed with major changes.
  • Ability to log into system of record program both client and Caregiver activity pertaining to the schedule.
  • Monitor system of record for:
    • Late clock in
    • No clock in
    • Early clock in
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and Caregiver records into system of record.
  • Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with the Director, Managers, supervisors, colleagues, client, families and Caregivers
  • End of day debrief with specific staff members.
      Secondary Responsibilities: 
 
  • Participate in Caregiver meetings.
  • Perform any and all other functions and responsibilities deemed necessary.
  • May be required to assist with company after hour functions.
  • Will be required to provide on-call duties as scheduled.
Education/Experience Requirements:
 
  • Prior supervisor experience preferred.
  • College degree or some college preferred.
  • Prior work in a fast pace office environment preferred.
  • Computer Skills, Can Type at least 35 wpm
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Have excellent written and oral communications.
