About this job

The Operation Specialist provides professional and courteous greetings and general information to company guests in person and over the telephone. Assists in answering incoming phone calls; schedules applicant appointments, connects other callers with appropriate personnel. Recruits, interviews, screens, selects and refers candidates for job openings. Ensures that qualified job candidates are hired and all required new employee paperwork is complete. Processes mail and handles other administrative and miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma and one to two years related experience or combination of education and experience. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of, and ability to use, Microsoft Office products and PeopleSoft.
