We have an immediate opening for a PROPERTY ATTENDANT (Maintenance) .
Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays.
- Must have some experience.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Requirements
Property Attendant needed at the Value Place in Shelby.
Must have customer service along with the knowledge to repair minor plumbing, electrical, building issues. Will work directly with Property manager and will need to have some authority over housekeeping staff also will be assisting in inspecting cleanliness of rooms and the over all appearance and operation of the property inside and out.
This position needs to be filled immediately, must be available Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm.
