Aerotek's client is seeking a Product Complaint Investigator to join their team for at least 6 months.


Responsibilities:
Inspect products that are returned to the facility to determine root cause analysis
Assist with the processing of complaints
Document corrective actions
Partner with Field Service, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality and Sales personnel to help resolve customer issues
Generate trending reports as required

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering
Internship, co-op, or some related work experience with mechanical inspections (in medical device is ideal)
