Aerotek is currently seeking a Production Operator for a 12 hour rotating shift with availability for overtime. This is a full-time opportunity that offers opportunity for growth. Qualified candidates must have 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and a basic knowledge of safety systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
> Minimum of a High School Diploma, some college or technical school credits are a PLUS
> At least 3+ years of forklift experience
> 2-4 years experience in a manufacturing facility
> Pharmaceutical experience a plus
> Basic knowledge of safety systems
> Energetic candidates who are willing to learn and develop their skills in manufacturing
> Must be able to perform at a fast pace
> Must be able to follow instructions
> Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
Responsibilities:
> Operating a sit down forklift
> Filling large drums with raw materials
> Operating machinery to fill drums
> Taking drums inside and outside of the warehouse
> Operating a pressure washer to clean drums
> Washing residue and labels off drums
Shift: 12 hour rotating shift starting at 6:00AM - 6:00PM
Must be able to work overtime
