Aerotek is currently seeking candidates interested in a career in inside sales with a growing company in the North Austin area.
The Inside Sales Representative will take inbound calls from customers inquiring about products to try to make a sale in the same call or same day. They will also place "warm" outbound calls to current customers to discuss new products and services to generate sales. Qualified candidates do not need a background in sales, but must have a Bachelor's degree. We will also consider candidates without a degree who have at least 2 years of sales experience.
Base pay is $27K - $35K/year based on experience and there will be commission on top of that, including bonuses during training.
Candidates must be comfortable working a flexible schedule between the hours of 7am-9pm, Sunday - Saturday.
This will be a 5 month contract to hire position with a company that offers plenty of room for growth and advancement.
All candidates must be able to pass a background check.
