Indirect Account Manager

Influences and collaborates directly with industry partners, including but not limited to property owners/managers/developers, realtors, and business owners to increase revenue generation, market penetration, and drive sales indirectly to the end consumer. Those in this role handle the account after the contract is signed; this role focuses on the implementation of the agreement.
' May acquire agreements/contracts, including prospecting, proposal development, and negotiation with appropriate decision makers.
' Assesses the telecommunications/entertainment needs of residential clients, delivers product presentations and provides solutions to meet those needs.
' Ensures that all agreements/contracts are accurate, complete, and align with company standards and system strategies.
' May be responsible for the originations, storing, tracking, updating and retrieval of all agreements/contracts.
' Remains current on changes to agreement/contract regulations and procedures through completion of all required/recommended training.
' Implements and ensures compliance to any and all relevant residential agreements/contracts.
' Develops and cultivates long term relationships with industry partners in order to maximize
revenue growth and drive product penetrations.
' Serves as key point of contact for relevant industry partners, ensuring timely response and resolution to any issues/inquiries.
' Ensures that all sales/performance goals are achieved while maintaining quality customer service.
' Maintains the highest ethical sales practices and presents a professional image.
' Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered for sale.
' Remains current on competitor activities, pricing, and product offerings.
' Ensures participating industry partner is stocked with materials and supplies.
' Designs and implements strategies to maximize sales; including but not limited to sales events, competitions and incentives.
' Partners interdepartmentally to maximize sales and drive penetrations in assigned territories.
' Trains participating industry partners on all relevant program specifics, product knowledge, and sales processes.
' Updates and reports on all competitive activities in assigned territories, nodes or geographical areas as required.
' Establishes close relationships to understand how Cox's products can complement the customers' business strategies.
' Creates compelling visual displays and merchandises at third party location.
' Responsible for implementation of Cox product promotions and offers through 3rd party retail.
' Recognizes opportunities in retail environment and makes needs analysis recommendations to expand or enhance Cox retail presence.
Qualification:
Typical Training / Experience - Typically requires BS/BA or Associates degree in related discipline; Generally 2-5 years of experience in related field; certification is required in some areas OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in related field. Certification is required in some areas
