Service Technician
Essential Duties:
Service Technicians will be under the supervision of Senior Driver Technicians. Must be able to work in teams of two and take coordination and direction from Senior Driver Tech.
Responsibilities:
- Verify piece count and quality with Warehouse Leader.
Load/Unloading of merchandise,
- Deliver merchandise to final destination, (customers home, show room floors) in an efficient, safe, and courteous manner.
General Assembly and working with hand tools
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50-75 pounds.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Interaction with dispatcher before and after every stop with completions and/or exceptions.
- Complete route sheet for check in process.
- Log delivery problems in detail.
- Process return merchandise.
- Verify Merchandise Return Log with Warehouse Leader.
- Assist Warehouse Leader with labeling, pre-wrapping, and staging.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma
