A large manufacturing company located in Minnetonka, MN is looking for multiple mechanical Technicians on 1st & 2nd shift.
Duties:
-Mechanical assembly of water filtration machines both subassemblies and entire machines.
-All assembly will be done with hand, power, & pneumatic tools.
-Candidates will be using blue prints, schematics, sketches, prototype drawings, & bill of materials during the assembly process.
-Once machines are completed the assemblers will be candidate will also be testing and trouble shooting the machines for defects & to make sure all parts of the machine are working correctly.
-Basic data entry of machines defects into company database.
Requirements:
-2 years of recent experience in Mechanical Assembly (Ex: Machine Assembly or Large Product Assembly, Or Machine set up)
-Ability to read blue prints/schematics, Use rulers, calipers, & other measuring tools.
-Experience Desired but not needed: PVC cutting & gluing, Machine operation, & Tube bending, knowledge of reverse osmosis processes.
