An expanding company in Chattanooga, TN is looking for an immediate Administrative Assistant professional. This position may support multiple departments within a company performing a variety of administrative functions. In the administrative assistant position responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Administrative Assistant Overview
- scheduling appointments, providing information to callers
- composing memos, letters, and emails, and transcribing notes
- researching and creating presentations
- Facilitates meetings, generates reports, prepares and monitors invoices, and processes expense reports
- May act as project leader or office manager and undertake complex tasks

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements for Administrative Assistant
-1-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
-Associates degree or administrative certifications are often a plus
-Project management certification a bonus
-Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Knowledge of and experience with Adobe, Quickstart, FileMakerPro, Access, MS Live Meeting and WebEx a plus

Benefits-
- Temporary to permanent position
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
- Eligible for benefits
