Randstad is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a well-known utility company in the downtown Nashville area. This company features stability, a great work environment, support and a winning team spirit. The ideal candidate will possess business maturity, an eye for detail and a proven call center environment background. This opportunity is a "long-term" assignment and could extend for an "indefinite" amount of time based on the success of the candidate.
The typical duties of the candidate that we are searching for includes collecting information to process customer request, initiate orders to accomplish customer needs, advise customer of consumer services and billing programs and assisting customers with inquiries such as credit card payments and credit arrangements.
If you have a history of call center experience and have the ability to listen intently, respond appropriately and have mastered the art of punctuality and consistency in regards to work-ethics then Randstad would like to discuss this opportunity with you.

This position pays $12 per hour with secure parking! The work schedule is as follows: Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday from 7:00am to 5:00pm with a 30 minute paid lunch. This schedule will not change.

Working hours: Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 7:00am-5:00pm

The basic skills and qualifications for this position are not optional and are the strict requirements set by the company. -Candidate must have at least 1+ year of recent Call Center environment experience, directly related to assisting customers with requests, services, billing, pay options and other company programs.
-Candidate must have a high school diploma or General Education Diploma (this information will be verified).
-Candidate must have a proven track record in regards to attendance, punctuality and good work-ethics.
-Candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suites package and proficient with regards to their computer skills (Must have the ability to type information accurately and quickly). Testing will be given to verify proficiency.
