Randstad has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative working for a tourism company in the downtown Charleston area. This position will be for at least 2-3 weeks and could have the potential to go permanent. The hours will be 10am-6pm and the pay will be $10-$12 an hour based on prior experience. Qualified candidates will have an upbeat and friendly personality, prior experience with a POS system, and prior experience working in the tourism industry.
*Answering incoming calls and scheduling tours
*Taking payments for tours
*Greeting customers and answering questions
Working hours: 10am-6pm
Minimum Qualifications:
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Upbeat and friendly personality
*Prior experience using a POS system
*Prior customer service experience within the tourism industry
