Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Randstad National Recruiting is seeking skilled customer service professionals for temporary openings with a large healthcare services client in Scranton, PA. Positions will involve receiving requests by phone regarding insurance claims and policies and in regards to order status and refill of prescriptions. Will toggle between multiple applications. Call Center environment.

-Positions are temporary, estimated to last approximately 3 months
-Working hours are not yet confirmed, but will most likely require candidates to have flexibility to work any 8 hour shift between 7am-7pm primarily Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Possible weekend hours. 2nd shift hours are also possible.
-Pay rate is not yet determined, but is expected to be between $10-$11.50/hour

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
-Client requires completion of background check and drug screening prior to assignment start date
-HS Diploma or GED preferred
-1+ years' experience in a fast-paced call center environment is required for this role
