Customer Service Rep.

Our client, a Device company in Watertown, MA is looking to hire a Customer Service and Sales Support Representative to support their team. This position is responsible for processing sales orders for both domestic and international customers for Asbestos/Lead Monitoring devices. Other responsibilities include:

*Act as primary point-of-contact within the company for customer calls and email inquiries
*Manage RMA process (products returning for repair) and keep clear communication between production team and customer regarding repair
*Provide basic technical support on the Navigator product line for end users
*Input data into Sales and Marketing CRM program
*Provide support to sales and marketing team where needed

Required Experience:
Minimum of one-year experience in a customer service related position required.
Extremely organized, personable and able to multi-task.
Basic computer skills/knowledge of MicroSoft Office is also a must.
ACT! CRM experience a plus.

Experience in the medical device field, while preferred, is not mandatory.
