Job Title: Overnight Baker (10pm-6am) Department: Bakery Operations Positions available immediately, Part time and Full time Panera Bread bakery-cafes showcase the art and craft of bread making, helping customers truly appreciate and enjoy a great loaf of bread by studying its crust, crumb and craft. Panera Bread understands that great bread makes great meals, from made-to-order sandwiches to tossed-to-order salads and soup served in bread bowls. Position Summary: High volume, 'commercial-type' baking Overnight baker position in each Panera Bread Bakery Cafe from 10pm to 6am daily. Extensive paid training program (8 weeks). Baking a variety of breads and sweets and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment in the bakery cafe overnight. Proofing, shaping and handling of raw doughs and sweets that supply the bakery cafe.
