About this job
We are currently looking for an experienced Foreman with experience managing electrical projects. This position will be located within the Fayetteville, NC territory.
The General Foreman will oversee 1-2 projects at a time in the commercial, industrial, military and educational sectors. Individual will be directly reporting to the general foreman and will be responsible for managing 10-20+ electricians at one time.
This individual will be overseeing project delivery, customer relationships, time / schedule monitoring, personnel allocation, materials / cost, etc.
The most important characteristics for this individual are organizational skills, people skills, verbal + non-verbal communication and accountability.
