Overview of Role

Role:
The Restaurant Services Leader is responsible for leading and overseeing various aspects of the restaurant including Back-Office, Marketing, Catering, Customer and Employee Services. In high volume situations, this leader may be asked to fill a production or service position.

Knowledge:

  • Basic Accounting Principles
  • Basic Marketing Principles
  • Electronic media experience (PP presentation, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Some to speak/communicate in languages other than English - (not required)
  • Account sales building (not required)
  • Degree Preferred (not required)

  • TMPD Program/Tools
  • Laptop/Phone (not required)

Responsibilities
Some responsibilities may be shared by other leaders as determined by the Operator.

Support Back Office:

  • Invoice submission and payment
  • Payroll submission and payment
  • Customer AP/AR
  • Update employee files monthly or as needed
  • Daily deposits
  • Responsible for new-hire orientation process/paperwork/tours (first 2-4 hours)

Ensure Policies and Quality/Standards Are Upheld:

  • Update Vendor profiles (1099) as needed
  • Ensure Team Members adhere to service, uniform policies
  • Supports all Recipe for Service/Raving Fan Strategies

Maintain Stock and Place Orders:

  • Uniform inventory
  • Back office supplies
  • Oversee administration TMPD materials

Communicate with Other Leadership:

  • Effectively in writing or verbally as needed to support Operations
  • Strategically partner with the RMD to support all events including special events

Ensure Profitability by Monitoring:

  • Back office invoices/AP/AR
  • Office Supplies
  • Special events

Influence Culture of Service and Community:

  • Service Leader
  • Influencing Team Members application toward Recipe for Service/Raving Fan Strategy
  • Modeling our Service Culture
  • Review all quarterly service reports and diagnose areas for improvement
  • Track speed of service reports to determine areas for improvement
  • Leading all employee recognition events
