Overview:

The personal touch of our associates in specialized departments is part of what makes Macy's brand of customer service so special. As a Fitting Room Specialist, you will be responsible for topping off our customer's experience through superb service and thoughtful assistance in merchandise selection.

Key Accountabilities:

As a Fitting Room Specialist we will ask you to -

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast paced environment
• Greet every customer entering fitting room, acknowledge their items, and inform ability to assist
• Assist with additional items and sizes when necessary
• Offer opinion or point of view when requested
• Properly re-hang items and keep organized in efficient manner to be returned to the floor
• Return merchandise to the floor
• Work as a "team" with the selling specialist to get items from the floor to assist customer
• Intimate apparel fitting room specialists would be trained to fit

Skills Summary:

To be successful as a Fitting Room Specialist, it is imperative that you have strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills and most importantly LOVE working with people.
