Pennsylvania MENTOR is has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead in the Bethlehem, PA area to provide case management reviews and clinical oversight of therapeutic and other services.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the lead for a triad team, overseeing clinical services for treatment foster care cases.
  • Serves as a member of a triad team that provides services to individuals, as well as supervising the other members of the triad.
  • Provides individual and family therapy as needed.
  • Supervise assigned personnel including weekly supervision, including hiring and performance management.
  • Assesses referred clients and participates in the development of a service plan in conjunction with a treatment team and funding source in accordance with corporate, contractual and regulatory standards. Coordinates and evaluates plan implementation.
  • Implements and actively contributes to development, review and revision of programs and behavior intervention plans. Provides, monitors and assures that comprehensive support services and oversight are provided on an on-going basis
  • Reviews placement disruptions, internal movement of clients, and on-call activity. Participates in the review and matching of new clients.
  • Participates in rotational emergency on-call coverage and crisis intervention support.
  • Provides monitoring, consultation and support to staff and/or mentors regarding work with clients and implementation of service plans. May make home visits. Conducts meetings as required.
  • Maintains current and complete client records and reports in accordance with corporate and regulatory standards. Monitors completion of timely case record documentation through use of supervision. Regularly reviews client records to monitor home visits, maintain quality of documentation, and ensure compliance. Assists with all legal, licensing, regulatory and certification activities as needed.
  • Reports to a Program Director or Area Director.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Human Services or related field required
  • Three years related experience required
  • Licensure and/or certification as required by state
