Aerotek Professional Services is hiring for a construction admin for our client in Portland.

Job Duties Include:
-Process a high volume of work in assisting the Project Manager and Accounting department
-Work with project management will include preparing and submitting monthly billing
-Processing Change Orders to Subcontractors
-Submittals from Subcontractors
-Prepare RFI and Change Order Logs
-All closeout documents for project completion
- Utilize Viewpoint Construction software
- Microsoft Word and Excel

Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience working as an administrative assistant from a construction background
