You’ll have an opportunity to work in an environment which prides itself on recognizing and rewarding top performers.   The Associate Software team is responsible for Human Capital Management (HCM) technologies across Aaron’s, Inc. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead business transformation and value through new HCM technologies and outstanding customer service to our business customers.     Duties   This role will actively work on new initiatives and projects, which includes System Evaluation, Selection, Integration, Implementation, and Training. Select and implement new enterprise-wide HCM solutions including HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Workforce Management. (e.g. Kronos) Consulting - Become a trusted partner to the business community to identify improvement opportunities and new technologies. Execute across SDLC - Plan, Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Support. Requirements - Collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into process flows, documentation, and conceptual design. Testing - Lead User Acceptance Testing. Project Management - Manage multiple workstreams against project timelines. End User Implementation/Adoption - Training, Communications, and Change Management.   This role will also serve as System Administrator with responsibilities including handling configuration, enhancement requests, reporting, and resolving issues. Product SME - Serve as the Product SME / Application Visionary for business and IT communities. Problem Solving - Troubleshoot complex issues. Outstanding Customer Service Continuous improvement with process, service levels and customer feedback. Utilize reporting from within HCM Applications for Management, Operational, and Custom Reports. Write SQL queries for report requests and reconciliation.   Position Requirements 5+ years of professional experience as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Project Manager, Consultant, System Administrator, Developer, or related technical role. 3+ years hands-on experience with HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management solutions - like Kronos, Workday, Ultimate, Oracle Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors. Experience with Kronos a plus.
