Direct Hire Recruiter - Full-time

The Direct Hire Recruiteris responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and matching candidates to our customers' direct hire job requirements. The Direct Placement Recruiter will get job orders from field operations staff as well as produce new job orders through prospecting, networking and from existing customer relationships. This position can be worked remotely from a home office.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract an active pipeline of top talent to fill customer direct hire needs in a timely manner.
Recruits, interviews and recommends qualified candidates to customer
Utilize sourcing tools (Job Boards, Social Media, Professional Organizations, Networking, etc.) to identify passive and active candidates.
Represent TrueBlue as a member of personnel associations, civic organizations and community business organizations to expand both name and business contacts.
Aggressively seeking out new clients through cold calling, face-to-face appointments, networking and attending local events.
Developing long lasting partnerships with companies to proactively identify staffing needs.

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
4 to 6 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
Experience utilizing ATS
4 to 6 years Internet sourcing experience
Experience with filling positions in varied industries and at all levels
Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to travel
Excellent problem solving, oral/written communication, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills and the ability to interface with all levels of staff and management also required
Must have working knowledge of labor and employment laws
