Line Cook/Prep Cook

Green Valley Ranch Golf Club (located in NE Denver near Denver International Airport) is seeking line cook staff members. Must be flexible with your schedule with availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Excellent execution of all menu items in a fast paced environment providing high quality and presentation. Ability to fully understand and complete all directives given by the Chef and Food & Beverage Manager. Excellence in food preparation and understanding of cost efficiency. Ensures that all safety, sanitation, energy management, preventive maintenance and other standards are consistently met. Knowledge of utilization of all kitchen equipment. Proper reporting of any equipment repairs. Ability to positively work with both the Front and Back of the House. Drive for success in all operations.
