Our clients, located in the Greater Boston Area are always looking for a hardworking and ambitious Receptionists and Administrative Professionals. Ideal candidates will have advanced computer skills, as well a professional, polished demeanor. He/She should be personable and outgoing. Additionally, candidates must have the ability to handle routine phone calls on multiline phone system while providing excellent service to customers.

What will you be responsible for?
- Responsible for answering and routing calls
- Greeting visitors, and handling inquiries from the public
- Filing, scanning, faxing, as well as typing specific documentation
- Responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing mail
- Scheduling conference rooms using Outlook

Working hours: Monday - Friday Business Hours

1-2 years of Receptionist/Administrative experience in busy setting
Other types of experience may be considered if it relates to customer service
Excellent communication skills
Ability to maintain image of company by example and outmost professionalism
Ability to multi-task
Proficiency with Microsoft office
