Weekend On-Call Supervisor
Home Instead Senior Care provides non medical care to seniors in home.
We are seeking a weekend on call supervisor to work closely with the staff coordinators to provide the highest quality service to clients and caregivers
• Position will be every other weekend, including holidays.
• Arrive at the Home Instead Senior Care office Friday
afternoon by 4:30pm to review the weekend schedules with Staffing Coordinator.
• Answer and respond to all incoming telephone calls, on company pager and cell phone
• Schedule shifts as they come open due to calls-offs or added service hours
•Communicate with caregivers and clients regarding any scheduling changes
• Take messages and document all calls so office staff can respond Monday morning
• Arrive at Home Instead Senior Care by 8:30am Monday to transfer all materials and review
with staff what occurred over the weekend
Qualifications:
• Reliable
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Effective written and verbal communications
• Be able to speak to families with empathy
• Be supportive of caregivers serving clients
• Must have great problem solving skills
