The Rogue Valley Manor, Medford’s premier retirement community is seeking caring and compassionate caregivers to join our elite team of in-home care services. This is a very emotionally rewarding position that comes with the great satisfaction of truly helping others. Caregivers must be reliable, dependable, creative and honest while being observant to recognize changes in their residents and be capable of alerting the appropriate personnel if necessary. Caregivers attend to individual care needs and get to know the resident’s preferences and personalities. Duties include, but are not limited to: providing nutritional support, light housekeeping, transportation, shopping and/or errands, assistance with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming. No experience is required as we provide an excellent orientation and on-going education program. Flexible hours - days, evenings, or weekend hours are available.
