Requirements
skilled line cooks/ production cooks needed. MUST HAVE NURSING HOME/HOSPITAL COOKING EXPERIENCE. ONLY COOKS WITH DIETARY COOKING EXPERIENCE NEED APPLY
Job duties consist of setting up prep for the day in the kitchen, cutting and cooking in a standard banquet/ production kitchen, Including preparing dinner meals, soups, entrees, sandwich and salad special of the day for approximately 220 residents. Must have knowledge of puree and mechanical diets.
Must be flexible for 1st or 2nd shift
May be required to lift upto 50 lbs
