OUR SIMPLE DUITIES

• Continually maintain a clean, safe and sanitary station
• Prepare every food item to recipe
• Utilize digital recipe books and Kitchen Display System
• Work every station on the Kitchen Line
• Communicate quietly while working on the Line
• Follow prep list as written by Manager
• Labels food and ensures proper rotation (FIFO)
• Maintains proper food levels
• Properly clean and maintain equipment
• Assist Prep Cooks when necessary with food preparation
• Own and solve any guest issue with the guest’s loyalty in mind

OUR POINTS OF INTEGRITY

• Follow all applicable laws for sale and service of alcohol
• Follow all health and sanitation standards

OUR OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Line Cooks stand and walk a lot up and down stairs
• Line Cooks are responsible for setting up and cleaning their station
• Line Cooks are responsible for safely cutting all types of food with a knife
• Line Cooks are responsible for safely working and cleaning hot and sharp equipment
• Line Cooks will work in hot kitchens and cold Walk-Ins and Freezers
• Line Cooks are responsible for working safely with chemicals
• Line Cooks will work in a sometimes stressful environment
• Line Cooks will help in every way to ensure the guest has a positive experience
