Aleph Home CareaEURTMs comprehensive services and reliable, dedicated home care professionals provide families with the assurance that their loved ones are receiving the highest quality care possible - all in a familiar and secure setting. Aleph Home Care is looking for Full-Time Home Care Director to coordinate the homemaker and personal care operation while facilitating the operations of the administrative office.
Specific Responsibilities:
aEUR¢ Full management of office operations and functions, including all client services and employee matters
aEUR¢ Advertise, hire, and orient new homemakers and home health employees with the assistance of Coordinator.
aEUR¢ Provide relevant feedback of the clients to the RN/ coordinator as part of the care team
aEUR¢ Follow up with the clients regarding service delivery
aEUR¢ Troubleshoot and problem solve with aides and client needs
aEUR¢ Provide prompt and attentive customer service
aEUR¢ Process payments in conjunction with other Federation and JFCS staff members
aEUR¢ Ensure all schedules are entered correctly in FamCare
aEUR¢ Prepare weekly schedule for homemakers and home health aides. Ensure they are aware.
aEUR¢ Enforce adherence to all agency policies and procedures for homemaker/companion and home health aides as well as State Regulations and Board of Nursing mandates for CHHAs, COA.
aEUR¢ Host regular employee meetings and trainings, maintain logs
aEUR¢ Represent the organization to other groups, agencies, and the general public using accurate public information materials
aEUR¢ Inform staff of current organizational, community, and industry trends
aEUR¢ Take referrals over the phone and relay to Coordinator
aEUR¢ Ensure Coordinator is trained and well-versed in staffing and coordination of care
aEUR¢ Monthly reporting to Steering Committee on activities of Aleph
