Strong leadership skills and work ethic are needed to guide our young staff.
-Great customer service skills are needed as our clientele are diverse and demanding. We want someone who will look to maximize the guest's experience at our facility while maintaining top performance from our staff and attractions!
-Ensure a well maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment for all guests and staff.
-Hiring preference is toward solid hands-on operational experience as this is a hands-on position working shoulder to shoulder with staff members and guests.
-Must be able to safely lift/push/pull heavy objects on an ongoing basis.
-Adhere to the Fun Junction dress code guidelines.
While performing the duties of this position, the team member will regularly be required to:
*Work flexible hours and days
*Work nights, weekends and Holiday's are required.
*Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
*Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
*Applicants should be comfortable working with children.
*Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
