Furniture Supervisors create a professional selling environment by role modeling customer service behaviors and coaching associates in a performance driven, team environment. Supervisors support management in regards to helping with the daily business as well as inventory management and recruitment efforts.
We’ll value your:
- Strong ability to empower and develop a team
- Strong aptitude in customer service and selling techniques
- Furniture sales experience
- Previous supervisor experience preferred
Compensation is commission based with great income potential.
Schedules vary, ability to work nights and weekends a must.
